Michelle "Mouse" Hill
RYT-200 Yoga Guide & Sankalpa Founder
Michelle is dedicated to trauma recovery, somatic healing, and expanding access to holistic wellness options in her community.
For years, she approached yoga as a purely physical practice—until she endured the most challenging year of her life. It was then that she discovered yoga’s deeper power: a path to healing, transformation, and resilience.
Yoga is more than movement; it is the union of mind, body, and breath. Through practice, Michelle found a way to process and release trauma in ways words could not. She believes in yoga’s ability to restore balance, providing both physical rejuvenation and psychological renewal—whether through a gentle morning flow or an invigorating power session.
Michelle completed her Spirit of Light Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training and embraced her role as a teacher. She continues to deepen her knowledge and share her insights, guiding students on their own journeys of healing and self-discovery.

Julie "Jules" Lindley
E-RYT 500, YACEP
Julie is, in one word, an “igniter”. She just has a way of lighting up a room with her passionate heart and engaging communication style. She is a true lover of the human soul and has a deep desire to guide those who wish to, one day, take the seat of the teacher. Her passion is contagious as she helps others live happy, healthy, balanced and fulfilling lives both on and off the yoga mat.
Julie’s yoga journey began with an internet search for an alternative to shoulder surgery, which was inevitably in her near future. She found it through yoga and a beautiful guide named Esther Eckhart. When after, just 8 weeks, her shoulder had completely restored back to normal, Julie immersed herself in all things yoga to see what it could do for her “whole-person” (spirit, soul, body & mind). Here we are 14 years later and Julie has brought the joy of yoga to many.
Most of all Julie is just a person who is grateful for every breath of LIFE and it shows!
